POSITIVE – Wellbeing&Resilience in Youth Work for Social Change

What is POSITIVE4Youth Work?
It is a European initiative co-funded by the Erasmus+ Programme aimed at support development of knowledge&innovative practices related to resilience, mental health&well-being of youth workers/practitioners working with youth at risk, as key factors in increasing youth work quality, social change&inclusion.
Specific objectives

1
To raise understanding of organizations working with youth at risk in terms of own attitude&beliefs and preparedness towards resilience, mental health and well-being of their human resources through 2 transnational studies.

To empower practitioners and organizations working with youth at risk through at least 3 innovative&digital resources supporting well-being&mental health to increase available knowledge and resources.

To develop at least 5 practical training contexts (transnational&national) for professionals working with youth at risk, focusing on abilities related to Well-being&Resilience in Youth Work.

To increase capacity to exploite project results and awareness regarding the importance of resilience, mental health and well-being in youth work in 5 partner organizations.

2 Studies + self-analysis tool.
3 Digital Resources: Set of cards based on 4 pillars of resilience, Digital kit: Emotional Intelligence & Mental Health, Storybook: “My Story, My Voice”.
Training Handbook (5 modules).
Transnational Training Program + 4 national training programs.
Strategic Result
Partnership promoting well-being and resilience of youth workers as a key factor in quality youth work and social inclusion.
